Originally from New Jersey , Randal obtained a BA in Political Science along with degrees in Public Administration, Pre-law and Paralegal certificationfrom Montclair University. He later moved to Los Angeles and began a sales career in the financial & investment industry, quickly rising through various managerial positions.  Venturing out on his own in 1988, he established “The Lead Source”, a successful direct marketing sales company. Randal entered the real estate business in the early 1990's as Broker/owner of Trans-Pacific Properties in Los Angeles.
